Folksy Theatre Company presents the wonderful family Christmas show of; The Tin Soldier.

A young boy receives a collection of Toy Soldiers for his birthday, one of the soldiers only has one leg as there was not enough metal for the soldier to be made complete.
The poor soldier is cast aside and left in the playroom, where he sees a music box ballerina spinning on one leg and instantly falls in love with her.
However, a jealous Goblin jack in the box tells the soldier to stay away from the ballerina and when he won't listen the Goblin seeks his revenge and throws the soldier out of the playroom window.
The soldier then sets off on an adventure to get back to his ballerina. But will he make it, or will the jealous goblin thwart his every attempt at happiness? Filled with wonderful puppetry, multimedia and live music, this is a family Christmas story not to be missed.

Folksy Theatre formed in 2008 and has been touring productions to rural areas to great acclaim ever since. Folksy specialise in indoor and out touring productions.
