About Us
To celebrate 40 years of Two Tone we are bringing three acts to the venue whose names are synonymous with the sound of Ska and Two Tone.
The Neville Staple Band with legendary front man 'The Original Rude Boy' Neville Staple will be performing Ska Classics and career hits from The Specials, Fun Boy Three, Special Beat, Judge Roughneck, Rude Rebels and more.
Alongside Neville and his band will be the very founder of the 2 Tone record label, main songwriter and keyboard player for The Specials, Jerry Dammers who will be playing two DJ sets either side of The Neville Staple Band during the evening.
You can look forward to hearing some classic songs from the last 40 years.
To open the evening we have TheBeat Goes Bang (Everett Morton from The Beat, Mickey Billingham of The Beat / Dexys Midnight Runners, and Neil Deathridge from The Beat / International Beat) who will be performing hits such as 'Mirror in the Bathroom', 'Tears of a Clown', 'Ranking Full Stop' , 'Too Nice to Talk To' and more.
