About Us
Explore the archaeology of your local area through maps and family friendly activities at Weston Museum!This year's CBA Festival of Archaeology theme is 'Exploring Local Places' and the museum will be hosting a special event day, where you can drop in for some free activities. Pop your memorable places on our huge map, explore the online map site 'Know Your Place' and chat to experts and volunteers.
There will also be a variety of digital activities and resources, including activity packs and spotter trails running across the whole CBA Festival (17th July - 1st August), so keep an eye on our Facebook and blog for more things to do.
This is a free drop in event in the museum's ground floor Learning Space; you do not need to book in advance, but the event will be subject to maximum capacity.
