About Us

One of the finest annual sights of Exmoor is the wonderful display of spring flowers in Snowdrop Valley near Wheddon Cross. As one of the more remote parts of the Moor the Valley is not easily accessible by car and a park and ride system operates.

You will leave Bishops Lydeard Station on the Steam Train departure, alight the train at Dunster Station where the coach will meet you for your moorland journey to Wheddon Cross. Once at Wheddon Cross you can either walk the 1 mile (takes approx. 30 minutes) (purchase Snowdrops & Steam Standard Ticket) to the valley or travel on the special Snowdrop Valley Bus* (purchase Snowdrops & Steam all inclusive ticket).

After your visit to Snowdrop Valley our coach will drop you back at Minehead Station for the returm steam train departure back to Bishops Lydeard.
