The RNLI is the Charity which saves lives at Sea. Every day of the year, on average, the RNLI saves 23 people. To carry out its role the RNLI has to work closely with the other Emergency Services. To recognise this and the public’s interest in the work of those dedicated to life saving, Weston-super-Mare RNLI is organising a major display of all of our partners in this role. The Beach Lawns will be packed with displays about the work of these services, there will be demonstrations of their work and we will be visited by the Great Western Air Ambulance which will fly in and can then be inspected. All the emergency services attendance will be dependent on operational conditions.

Banwell and District Volunteer Fire Service
Avon and Somerset Police Mobile Police Station, Police Dogs, Police Horses, Interceptor Car, Forensic Science display

This year we are adding more vintage emergency vehicles.
The event will be open to the public from 11am It will close at 4 pm.
Admission FREE. In 2014 there were approximately 3000 visitors
