About Us
Join Jean of 'Wild Heart Yoga' and Sally of 'Harmonies of Nàdair' for an evening of yoga and sound. A gentle evening to help you reset and restore and leave the world outside. A time just for you, to bring you inner peace, calm and stillness.
The evening will begin with gentle yoga with Jean, which focuses on the breath and on your mind, body and soul, to centre, ground and release. This will then be followed with a sound journey with Sally, which will work on your bodies natural frequencies and vibrations to instill an even deeper sense of harmony and peace.
The evening will then complete after healthy nibbles and an open gentle chat.

* Yoga mats can be provided however, you may wish to bring your own or bring an additional mat or something that you will be comfortable on for the sound journey. Also you may wish to bring a pillow and blanket for additional comfort.
* We advise to bring water and to drink plenty after the event for the following couple of days.
* Please wear something comfortable.
(If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have severe mental health difficulties please consult your doctor before the event).
The exchange of £20 will be required before the event.
