Pinkers Craft Brewery is an award-winning microbrewery in Weston-super-Mare producing imaginative and award-winning craft beers in a sustainable way.
The brewery and Taste of the West member was a 2023 Gold winner for three of its craft beers. Among it's award winning trio was the Weston Coast IPA a smooth ale infused with toasted coconut, oats, wheat and malted barley; The Coffee-Del-Mare, a sweet milk stout coated in chocolate and finished off with espresso coffee to create a drink which has been described as tiramisu in a glass; and its Raspberry Citra Milkshake which is a a fruit beer infused with fresh raspberries and lactose milk sugar for a slight sweetness and wonderful flavour.
Pub drinkers in Weston will be familiar with many of its lines as the brewery suplies several pubs in the area as well as supplying directly to local customers. The Vaults wine bar on South Parade, Weston has a permanent draught line with a fortnightly change of beer as well as a fridgeload of Pinkers cans. The Fork 'n' Ale Taproom and Kitchen, The Brit Bar and the micropubs in Clevedon and Nailsea are among other local stockists for the brewery which opened three days before the first lockdown in March 2020.
