Santa Abseil Challenge

Cheddar Gorge, Cheddar, North Somerset, BS27 3QF
Santa Claus, abseil

About Us

Take part if you dare in the St Margaret’s Hospice Santa Abseil or alternatively watch Santa Claus abseil down the 60ft spectacular Cheddar Gorge for charity.

Dressed as Santa, particpants will scale the cliffs of Cheddar Gorge. As you ascend, take in the breathtaking views before gearing up with your harness and ropes. Then, take a leap of faith and abseil down the iconic cliff face! At the bottom, you’ll be greeted with a medal and a well-deserved mince pie.

You won’t be alone in this challenge! Last year, 50 Santas came together to support each other, raising an incredible £12,500 for St Margaret’s Hospice. Feel inspired?
