The four-bedroom eco-conscious Willow House has all the mod-cons in a glorious village location offering guests luxury and tranquillity in the same place.

The house, which looks out to Sand Bay and Kewstoke, sleeps up to eight people in four generously-sized bedrooms. There’s the ensuite master giving that touch of privacy. There’s also an electric bed in one of the bedrooms, a king-size and two children’s beds.

The property has air-conditioning and room for four cars on the drive and is dog-friendly which is perfect for the nearby Sand Bay Beach which is an all-year-round dog walking beach.

Picturesque walks are just a stone’s throw away - up onto the headland at Sand Point, where you can drop down into rocky coves or Middle Hope for a picnic or through the woods into Weston-super-Mare with all its attractions and traditional seaside entertainment and nightlife.

The property is equipped with Sky TV, comes with Wi-fi and has two lounges including a lovely snug and French doors which lead out into the enclosed garden.

Willow House combines eco-consciousness with luxury. It has solar panels and underfloor heating.

There is a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, as well as a microwave and fridge freezer in the modern and well-equipped kitchen and the house also comes with laundry facilities in the utility room. There is also a downstairs shower.

It is a no-smoking property and there is a pub close by.

The property is situated on Lyefield Road and lower Norton Lane. Just of the Queensway.
