About Us
Join us on Monday 8 May when we’ll be creating a daisy meadow in Grove Park as part of the inaugural Good Grief Festival Weston-super-Mare.
Daisies in the Park will give people a chance to dedicate a beautiful ornamental metal daisies and see them on display in Grove Park at the culmination of the Good Grief Festival.
Surrounded by a colourful rainbow of daisy petals, the daisies have a central photo frame which can display a photo of your choice. Donate in memory of a loved one, in celebration of someone’s life, or just as your way of contributing towards the care that Weston Hospicecare provides.
The daisies will be on display in Grove Park between 1pm- 4pm on Monday 8 May, alongside a number of other activities the hospice will be participating in as part of the week-long festival.
For a suggested minimum donation of £10 we will include your flower with its enclosed photograph in the daisy meadow, and the flower will then be yours to keep after the event.
Flowers can also be purchased on the day from Grove Park for inclusion in the display and be collected either on the day after the event or from the hospice the following week. Photos need to be supplied during the dedication payment process to fit a 58mm diameter circle and be supplied ideally as a pdf or jpeg.
Please note we have a limited number of keepsake flowers available so please reserve your early to avoid disappointment. For information about maintaining your daisy click here.
